Reading and sharing valenks
Read valenks, save it and send links to fellow travellers as you like. Mass copying, scraping, claiming the valenks writing as yours, or meddling with the site's workings are off limits.
Who may use it
valenks is for readers 18 or older; where local rules put the threshold at 21 for the properties covered, 21 applies.
General information only
Each row reflects rooms and leisure amenities as the valenks desk found them on its latest pass. Nothing here is an offer, a quote or professional advice. Rates, availability, fees and age rules must be confirmed with the property.
Our publisher's resort in row one
MGM National Harbor, LLC publishes valenks and operates MGM National Harbor, and that ownership is the sole reason the resort comes first. Rows two to ten reflect the editors' judgement. Some hotel buttons may pay valenks a referral commission, as the affiliate page explains.
Hotels, booking platforms and other sites
valenks has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the properties, booking platforms or outside websites it links to, including any change in nightly prices, resort or amenity fees, card holds or cancellation rules. Your booking contract binds you and whichever hotel or platform took the reservation, never valenks.
Intellectual property
Copy, layout, the valenks mark and the lettered monogram tiles are the publisher's property. Each hotel name or trademark belongs to its holder, and valenks uses it purely to identify the property; the monograms are valenks drawings, not hotel logos.

Stated once more for clarity: Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. Valenks applies that scope to every row.
Valenks liability cap
Where law allows, valenks carries no liability for loss arising when a reader acts on its pages or finds the site offline. Any consumer protection the law makes non-waivable stays fully in force.
Governing law
These valenks terms are read under Maryland law, plus any US federal law that applies. Disputes go to the courts of the State of Maryland, unless the consumer law of your home country or state lets you sue nearer home.
